The painter Sabbioni is one of the contemporary artists who are succeed to paint Venice in not banal or “cartolinesco” way.
In its works famous undoubtedly the derivation from the great from Bologna “pittorica” season of Morandi. But the vision that Sabbioni gives of Venice is absolutely personal and original.

The artist was born in Bologna (1940). A student of Johnson Sabattini, he attended the studies of Philip Albertoni, Arnaldo Gentiles, Ferruccio Giacomelli, Norma Mascellani.
